RV is the acronym that stands for the term recreational vehicle.  Recreational vehicle is the term that is used to describe a vehicle that is enclosed with a piece of equipment. This vehicle has a dual usage.  It can either function as a vehicle or a temporary travel home.  Recreational vehicles are also known by the names of motor home or motor caravan.
